When my youngest was born, my business had been quiet for nearly a year. I wanted a life that felt more aligned with what mattered most to me, and I believed my creativity could help me build it. At the same time, I felt so disconnected from the creative person I once was.

Around that same time, a conversation at a park playdate shifted everything. As my friends shared about the creative paths they once imagined for themselves, ideas put on hold or left behind entirely, I kept thinking about how often we evolve, leaving behind the most meaningful parts of who we are instead of allowing them to grow alongside us.

That realization reshaped my approach. Business growth and the way I design became less about creating someone new and more about noticing, honoring, and communicating what was already there.
